In November, 2008 Ready, Willing...Enable! volunteers traveled to Mexico to serve children with disabilities in their classrooms at the Centro de Atencion Multiple (CAM) in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. 

CAM has been around for many years serving youth from birth up through their early twenties.  RWE volunteers assisted in the classrooms ranging from basic subjects at the lower levels, to assisting with life skills for the older youth.  Many students were busy making piñatas in November as a school fundraiser.   

While CAM is an outstanding model there are many repairs that with the help of RWE will hopefully be completed in the near future, including upgrades to: playgrounds, restrooms, classrooms, and landscaping.
